Program Benefits
The Series on Leadership Essentials (SOLE) is dedicated to helping you lead in your role, and is facilitated by the University of أغجاض±²¥ System Human Resources Learning & Organizational Development team. SOLE represents a significant investment in leadership development for staff on behalf of the entire University of أغجاض±²¥ System. Employees who participate in SOLE include employees from throughout the University of أغجاض±²¥ System, from St. Louis, Kansas City, Rolla, Columbia, and the rest of the State of أغجاض±²¥. During SOLE, you will have the opportunity to explore the following topics:
- Communication strategies for 1:1s and team meetings
- Organizing and motivating your team for engagement and productivity
- Giving and receiving feedback to improve performance
- Navigating change as a leader in the workplace
SOLE is conducted over four, 90-minute sessions. These sessions generally occur every other week.
Cost
This professional development opportunity is provided by the University of أغجاض±²¥ System Office of Human Resources, with no cost to participants.
