WHAT
A group of high-achieving students representing each of the four University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ System universities will travel to the ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Capitol in Jefferson City to showcase their research at Undergraduate Research Day.
This annual event marks an opportunity for students to share their research innovations with state leaders and lawmakers. Their work spans a wide range of fields of study, including agriculture, biology, chemistry, computer science, economics, engineering, history, language, mathematics, political science and psychology.
In total, 35 students will present their research projects to ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ lawmakers: 10 from the University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥-Columbia, 12 from the University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥-Kansas City, 12 from the ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ University of Science and Technology and one from the University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥-St. Louis.
