The House modified , a bill sponsored by Representative Donna Lichtenegger (R-146). HB 1268 allows the ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Dental Board to issue dental faculty permits to individuals who are employed by accredited dental schools, colleges or programs in ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥. This legislation will positively impact the University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥-Kansas City Dental School and give them more flexibility to hire qualified professors. The bill will now be placed on the calendar to be third read.
